It is still . . . . very cold here in Des Moines as you can tell by the weather sticker from Wunderground. I am going to go venture out today to see a dear friend who shattered her femur about two weeks ago. It has been so cold I haven't been a terribly good friend but I am riding with another friend to go see her. Updates to come.
